Description du poste Le service comprend : Les plateaux des consultations médicales sur les sites Saint-Joseph et Marie Lannelongue : 30 à 40 vacations de consultations par semaine Une unité de médecine conventionnelle de 24 lits et une unité d’Hospitalisation de semaine de 10 lits sur le site Saint-Joseph Un hôpital de jour UMAT de 9 fauteuils et un lit 4 salles d’endoscopies digestives, dont une d’endoscopie interventionnelle sur le site Saint-Joseph et 1 salle d’endoscopie traditionnelle sur le site Marie Lannelongue L’équipe médicale est constituée de : 20 médecins (temps plein ou temps partiel) : Adjoints ou Assistants 1 Dr Junior, 6 internes DES gastro (dont un inter CHU), de MG ou FFI et des étudiants hospitaliers Le service se structure autour de 4 activités principales dont 2 d’expertise reconnue : Forte activité d’endoscopie interventionnelle : Dissection sous muqueuse de tumeurs superficielles digestives, CPRE et Echoendoscopie, POEM et GPOEM - Premier centre de dissection sous muqueuse d’Ile de France Prise en charge des MICI avec une solide file active et une organisation structurée : Ambulatoire, IPA, HDJ pluri disciplinaires et ateliers thérapeutiques - 4ème rang national Le Point Prise en charge du cancer du Pancréas : Diagnostic, drainage… Le recrutement des urgences représente 40% de l’Hospitalisation traditionnelle Le service entretient, pour la prise en charge des patients, des liens étroits avec les services de : Chirurgie Digestive Oncologie Médicale Proctologie Radiologie Anatomopathologie Anesthésie Chirurgie thoracique (écho endoscopie médiastin, dilatation pylorique, GPOEM…) Missions : Le/la candidat/e retenu/e sera responsable de l’organisation, de la gestion, de la permanence des soins, de la prise en charge des urgences et du développement de l’activité du service d’Hépato-Gastroentérologie aussi bien en hospitalisation conventionnelle, de semaine qu’en ambulatoire, ainsi que des centres d’endoscopies digestives des Hôpitaux Paris Saint-Joseph & Marie-Lannelongue. Du fait de l’orientation du service et de ses projets en cours, il/elle devra avoir, de façon impérative, des compétences en endoscopie interventionnelle et en particulier dans la prise en charge des résections complexes de tumeurs superficielles digestives et des pathologies biliopancréatiques. Il/elle veillera à renforcer la notoriété et l’attractivité du service. Il/elle devra également développer des liens forts avec des partenaires extérieurs hospitaliers et non hospitaliers, ainsi que des partenaires susceptibles d’attirer la patientèle internationale. Il/elle aura de plus à charge d’encadrer le Dr Junior, les 6 internes DES gastro, de MG ou FFI et les étudiants hospitaliers qui sont affectés au service et d’organiser l’enseignement qui leur est destiné. Il/elle assurera la responsabilité médicale, l’encadrement, l’organisation, la gestion et l’évolution des différents secteurs du service Il/elle veillera au développement des activités de recherche clinique dans le service en lien avec la Direction de la recherche de l’innovation médicale (DRIM).
