Som restaurangchef på Bastard Burgers ansvarar du för att servicen håller en hög nivå och att såväl gäster som medarbetare är nöjda och glada. Du leder teamet med rätt inställning och bra energi. Du har erfarenhet från tidigare restaurang- eller serviceyrke och förstår att det blir stressiga stunder men att servicen/maten alltid måste vara utmärkt. Du får ett övergripande ansvar för schemaläggning, inköp, personalkostnader och i princip allt som händer i restaurangen. Arbetet innebär ett stort driftfokus, kök och kassa, med administrativa inslag där du förväntas ta ett högt ägandeskap. Operativt arbete i driften ca 80 % av arbetstiden. Övergripande ansvarsområden: Ta ansvar för resultaten och enheten som helhet – i relation till uppsatta nyckeltal Utbilda och rekrytera personal Ansvarig för att mäta, utvärdera samt utveckla och rapportera resultaten på sin enhet Systematiskt göra uppföljningar i interna system Upprätta säkra arbetsförhållanden och följa det interna systematiska arbetsmiljöarbetet Se till att livsmedelssäkerheten följs i enlighet med hygienbestämmelser Aktivt arbeta med och implementera Bastard Burgers likabehandlingsplan och värdeord på sin enhet Är vi en match?
