Natural Fitness Food (NFF) is the health food and nutrition brand brought to you by Third Space, London’s luxury health clubs. Launched in 2015 from a single site in our Soho Club, Natural Fitness Food has grown to nine Third Space locations today (plus a home delivery service), serving Third Space members a range of nutritious meals and healthy snacks, high-quality and delicious protein shakes and speciality coffee. In 2023, we served more than a quarter of a million delicious meals to our members, scooped over five tonnes of protein powder into our shakes and launched our ‘heat up at home’ product for the first time. 2024 looks set to be a bigger and bolder year for Natural Fitness Food, with new locations opening in Wood Wharf, Battersea, Clapham Junction and Richmond!
We’re looking for a dedicated passionate and positive Chef de Partie and we want you to join our team at our central production kitchen based in Mitcham CR4. The position requires a responsible and reliable individual who is enthusiastic, motivated and willing to help when needs be and also wishes to learn on the job and continue their development in a hard-working yet fun and friendly family-orientated environment. A team player is a key attribute for this position with a can-do attitude.
In this role you will run your own section and your creativity will be encouraged. Our menu will be a constantly evolving menu that moves with the ingredients coming in and out through the seasons. We believe in fresh, high quality produce and sustainability.
The ideal applicant will be an experienced Chef de Partie, but we will happily consider a very experienced Demi Chef de Partie looking for their next step up. You will be a leader in the kitchen and assist in overseeing part of the operation with your Head Chef’s support.
You will have worked in a multi task, fast-paced environment with exemplary standards and a basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures including COSHH, HACCP and Allergens.
You’ll also be passionate about food and exceptional service with good organisation and communication skills.
