We are hiring both junior and senior people who fit that description. Junior hires should show clear, recent hands-on projects and a demonstrated ability to iterate quickly. Senior hires should show they have led shipping prototypes, shortened cycle time, made systems more repeatable, and mentored others. Above all we value speed, practical judgment, and a relentless bias toward building. If you are the sort of maker or coder who would put a 3D printer on wheels, make a Pringles can fly, or build a gasoline scooter because electric scooters weren’t allowed on your campus, you will feel at home at Marble. We are looking for people who would have a great YouTube channel but are too focused on building to bother filming themselves.
