We are currently seeking an experienced FOREMAN to join our UTILITY DIVISION. This is a full-time role that offers competitive wages and benefits. As a Foreman - Utility, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing utility projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your responsibilities will include: This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to: Work long hours, overtime, and consecutive days as required Must be able to perform all job duties in a wide range of (adverse) weather conditions Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, balance, and climb Exerting heavy physical effort (handling average weight objects up to 50lbs safely) Labour activities required to complete the job (shoveling, raking, hammering pins, sweeping, operating small compaction gear) Ability to operate equipment required to complete the project Additional duties are as follows: Have a clear understanding of the job you are to complete and understand the production goals and targets for the job Ensure quality workmanship as required by client/project specifications (i.e. all work must meet required specifications) Organize manpower to complete job in a productive and efficient manner, and delegate responsibility when required.
