Key Responsibilities Marketing & Design: • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote programs, events, and initiatives. • Create content calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns across digital and offline channels. • Manage organizational social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and drive growth in engagement and reach. • Design and edit marketing materials including social media posts, flyers, presentations, and digital assets using Canva, Adobe, etc. • Film and edit promotional videos, event highlights, and behind-the-scenes content. • Monitor analytics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly. • Collaborate with the events team to design and execute marketing campaigns for upcoming events. • Build relationships with partner organizations, influencers, and media outlets to expand reach.
