Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand presence and storytelling for MAX Women in Leadership. The Marketing Coordinator will also support event marketing logistics by collaborating with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure a seamless attendee experience. Through creative campaigns and thoughtful promotion, this role will contribute to the success of MAX’s mission by delivering memorable events, elevating brand visibility, and fostering meaningful community engagement. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Design: • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote programs, events, and initiatives. • Create content calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns across digital and offline channels. • Manage organizational social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and drive growth in engagement and reach. • Design and edit marketing materials including social media posts, flyers, presentations, and digital assets using Canva, Adobe, etc. • Film and edit promotional videos, event highlights, and behind-the-scenes content. • Monitor analytics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly. • Collaborate with the events team to design and execute marketing campaigns for upcoming events. • Build relationships with partner organizations, influencers, and media outlets to expand reach.
