Notre Product & Tech est organisé en une équipe multidisciplinaire de développeurs, d'intégrateurs et de chefs de produits, tous focalisés sur l'apport de valeur ajoutée aux utilisateurs et aux clients. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, nous avons développé un processus produit fort au sein de SeLoger (études de découverte, Product Intake, une feuille de route globale engagée, des revues de produits), et nous suivons un Agile Delivery (mélange de Scrum et Kanban) avec plusieurs rituels : réunions quotidiennes, sprints de 2 semaines, démonstrations de produit. NOUS RECHERCHONS UNE PERSONNE CAPABLE DE : Collaborer efficacement avec un large éventail de parties prenantes afin d'identifier/de définir les problèmes commerciaux et les opportunités pour soutenir notre OKR, et la meilleure adoption de nos produits. Résoudre les problèmes complexes des entreprises et des clients en organisant des ateliers de découverte avec les équipes commerciales et en élaborant avec votre équipe des solutions à mettre en œuvre sur la plate-forme de communication d'Aviv. Être le référent pour la feuille de route du produit, et établir la vision et la proposition de valeur du produit avec le chef de produit. Gérer les communications à tous les niveaux : présenter efficacement le produit au chef de produit et aux principales parties prenantes. Gérer et encadrer les chefs de produit juniors, participer activement au recrutement et à la création d'une communauté de produits à SeLoger. Prioriser le backlog du produit, assurer le bon cadre pour que les équipes soient agiles. Participer à l'amélioration de la vélocité de l'équipe et des processus de livraison.
