Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)  * Membership in the St. Olaf Choir * Strong leadership skills demonstrated at all times, including positivity, encouragement of student crews, respect for colleagues and authority, flexibility, and problem solving.  * Knowledge of choral repertoire and ensemble practices for the St. Olaf Choir  * Knowledge of choral stage configurations  * Knowledge of choral equipment and instruments * Knowledge of scheduling practices for St. Olaf Choir, truck loading and unloading transfers, stage set-ups and tear-downs, rehearsals, and performances * Knowledge of student crew organization * Active St. Olaf College Approved Driver Physical and Environmental Factors: This position requires crouching, stooping, twisting/pivoting, climbing/balancing, reaching overhead, grasping/handling, pushing/pulling, lifting and carrying objects up to 50 lbs., operating equipment/machinery, operating hand tools, and driving to perform the essential functions. It also requires exposure to loud noise to perform the essential functions, as well as rare exposure to wet or humid conditions indoors, extreme cold, extreme heat, proximity hazards, and heights or cramped quarters.
