En tant que CSS, vous serez rattaché(e) au Customer Service Team Leaders et aurez pour principales responsabilités : Offrir un service client de qualité via différents canaux : téléphone, e-mail, réseaux sociaux, chat, etc. Assurer un traitement rapide et efficace des réclamations et demandes de remplacement. Gérer les commandes non livrées ou en retard. Analyser et exploiter les retours des enquêtes clients. Assister les magasins et assurer une coopération fluide entre les magasins et le service client. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes (autres CSC, e-business, logistique, Dark store). Coordonner avec les transporteurs et partenaires externes.
