About the role: As an Intake Representatives at KabaFusion, you are responsible for processing referrals and getting patients on service. This will include commercial, private and government insurances for patients receiving acute therapies;  consisting of TPN (total parenteral nutrition), IV Antibiotics, and inotropic medications. You will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure we are providing an exceptional level of patient care with each interaction.  Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Initiates intake process gathers relevant data from referral sources and completes intake paperwork. * Verify insurance and eligibility along with obtaining authorizations when necessary. * Completes start of care paperwork. * Contact patients to confirm information and notify them of their financial obligation.
