Develop, review, and maintain quality documentation, procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans. Support internal and external audits, including customer, ISO, and regulatory audits. Monitor and report key quality performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency. Assist in validating manufacturing processes and implementing process controls. Support supplier quality activities, including supplier issue resolution and corrective action follow-up. Review nonconforming material reports and disposition activities. Participate in new product introduction (NPI) activities to ensure quality requirements are met. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and quality management systems. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Quality Engineering, or related field). Experience 1–3 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related role in a manufacturing environment. Experience in the maquiladora industry preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, 5 Why, SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA). Understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
