Main focus: work winning; business development is a supporting responsibility. Key responsibilities Champion best-practice sales and tender processes for strategic opportunities; advise and support tender teams. Own and develop Capture Plans; collaborate early with Opportunity Owners and Geographical/Business Area Leads. Provide independent challenge in governance (Go/No-Go) and at Pink/Red reviews to ensure realistic win probability. Lead or contribute to strategy meetings to define “Why Ramboll”, delivery approach and compliance to client requirements. Drive continuous improvement in bidding: capture lessons learned and share best practice.
