Functieomschrijving Van het bouw- en woonrijp maken van een nieuwe woonwijk in Lansingerland tot de reconstructie van de Rochussenstraat in Rotterdam en de N268 bij Dinteloord: jouw werk als uitvoerder wegenbouw in regio Zuid doet ertoe. Voor Nederland. En voor je collega’s en de stakeholders van Boskalis. Want jij stuurt het uitvoeringsteam aan, bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit én veiligheid. Aan het eind van het project weet jij: dit ligt er mede dankzij mij. Ga het maar doen! Vanaf de eerste paal tot de laatste meter asfalt: als uitvoerder ben jij degene die zorgt dat het buiten écht gebeurt. Jij staat midden in het project en geeft leiding aan 30 tot 50 vaklieden en onderaannemers. Dankzij jou komen de juiste mensen en materialen op het juiste moment samen en verloopt het werk veilig en volgens planning. Aan welke projecten je werkt? Dat varieert van de grootste infrastructurele projecten van Nederland tot juist kleinere met net zoveel impact. Er is altijd wel een project dat bij je past. Zo ziet jouw werk eruit: Elke ochtend instrueer je het projectteam over het werk en de planning van die dag. Ook controleer je of onderaannemers leveren wat afgesproken is, en spreek je hen aan als dat niet zo is. In elk project ben jij dé spil die contact onderhoudt met onder meer opdrachtgevers, projectleiders en omgevingsmanagers. Bij grotere projecten stuur je ook andere uitvoerders aan. Nog niet veel ervaring mee? Is helemaal oké. Je wordt goed begeleid en pakt stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheden op. Je stuurt op de voortgang, houdt grip op de kosten en denkt met de projectleider en opdrachtgever mee over oplossingen als er iets verandert in de uitvoering of omgeving.
