About the role You will be responsible to drive the transformation of the organization’s global payroll processes and systems to streamline and standardize payroll operations across all outstations, through implementing a global payroll solution across circa 85 countries, ensuring automation, system integration with service providers, and compliance with local regulations. Key responsibilities Project manage and coordinate global payroll system implementations across Outstations to ensure no risk to accuracy or timeliness of the payrolls in outstations during the cutover. Develop and execute a global payroll transformation strategy aligned with organization’s goals and objectives to drive efficiency and cost savings. Lead transformation of global payroll processes and system to drive efficiency, standardization, and automation across multiple countries. Collaborate with Outstation colleagues, HR, HO Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of these global payroll transformation initiatives. Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and statutory requirements in all countries of operation through working with the GBS outstation team. Establish and implement standardized workflows for operational efficiency and to ensure performance consistency. Develop and implement global payroll policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring consistency and compliance. Identify opportunity for process automation and system enhancements to reduce manual interventions by GBS outstation staff. Establish payroll performance dashboard to monitor accuracy, timeliness and compliance. Manage suppliers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and reporting. Manage ongoing relationships with payroll vendors, to ensure service level agreements are met and escalations are addressed promptly to ensure agreed service levels.
