What We’re Looking For: Must Have: 4+ years of experience in software testing or development with solid understanding of STLC, coding, and debugging. Strong knowledge of Agile processes and Scrum practices. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus. Proficiency in SQL or any database language for test data setup and validation. Hands-on experience in test planning, test case design, and defect management. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or similar. Experience with test automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) across application layers. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control (Git). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
