Qualifications Tertiary qualifications and 3–5 years’ experience in Risk Management and/or Compliance. Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including CPS230 and FAR. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to write and present clearly across forums. Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of the insurance industry and proficiency in relevant systems and software.
