Your Job Own full lifecycle execution of customer‑specific silicon programs from early engagement through SOP, volume ramp, and sustaining. Lead and scale a global Customer Program Management organization supporting multiple customers and products. Serve as the primary executive contact for automotive Tier‑1 customers on program delivery, execution status, and escalations. Drive alignment across MIPS IP, design enablement, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams. Establish and run program governance, milestones, KPIs, and risk management for complex, multi‑year custom products.
