Principales responsabilités Agir comme conseiller-ère de confiance auprès des partenaires d’affaires talent et culture et des gestionnaires afin de cerner les enjeux stratégiques de rémunération globale et recommander des solutions concrètes, innovantes et adaptées à la réalité d’affaires; Piloter des projets d’envergure (ex. : refonte de la structure salariale, intégration post-acquisition, transformation numérique des processus de rémunération, etc.); Superviser la gestion des processus annuels de révision salariale et d’attribution d’actions; Diriger les exercices de maintien de l’équité salariale, incluant la gouvernance du comité, l’analyse stratégique et la reddition de comptes auprès des parties prenantes; Préparer des présentations exécutives, des recommandations stratégiques et des communications claires à l’intention des parties prenantes clés; Identifier des pistes d’amélioration et participer activement à la refonte ou à l’implantation de programmes innovants en rémunération et avantages sociaux; Assurer la conformité des pratiques aux exigences légales et réglementaires, tout en contribuant à la gouvernance des politiques internes; Répondre aux demandes complexes des employés en matière d’avantages sociaux, incluant des cas complexes de dossiers d’invalidités et de rémunération et gérer les cas spéciaux avec nos fournisseurs; Agir comme personne-ressource en matière de rémunération et avantages sociaux pour l’équipe.
