Job Summary: Responds to customer inquiries, expedites critical orders, communicates dispositions, researches and resolves issues, and researches orders. Maintains and updates electronic and/or hard copy records as required. Perform required transactions using SAP system to support the daily activities for consignment program Analyze customer’s forecast and liaise with customers closely to manage the fluctuations Maintains sufficient inventory on-site at all times to support customer Work closely with planners to ensure sufficient backlog is placed out to suppliers and follow up to ensure that necessary reschedules are done. Maintains a healthy inventory to generate good inventory turns Liase with marketing and supplier for price extension Manage daily consignment pull data and consignment billing in SAP system Provide support to customer’s queries and requests on site Other duties as assigned.
