Communication: Draft clear, polished messages and reports; act as an extension of the Co-Founder’s voice when communicating internally or externally. Operational & Financial Assistance: Help with expense tracking, reporting, and administrative finance tasks as needed. Decision Support: Filter and prioritize information to help leadership focus on what matters most. Composure Under Pressure: Stay calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. 3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership (startup, finance, or operations background preferred). Lightning-fast responsiveness and strong initiative. Exceptionally organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills — articulate, professional, and confident.
