The Job in a Nutshell💡 The Expansion Executive is responsible for managing expansion sales requests from existing customers while driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities. This role ensures that expansion deals are efficiently processed while maximizing revenue through additional product sales. Since expansion revenue is typically self-driven by customer requests, the executive focuses on enhancing deal value by strategically including upsell and cross-sell products. What Will You Do❓ Expansion Sales Management: Handle incoming new branch sales requests from existing customers. Generate and send quotes promptly, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs. Track expansion requests and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals efficiently. Upselling & Cross-Selling Focus: Identifying new upselling & cross-selling opportunities from existing customers through outbound activities.
