THE ROLE You will work directly within the Sales team, supporting our agents and Sales Manager and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You will own the day-to-day processes that keep deals moving and clients well-served. This is an entry point into the real estate industry. You will gain hands-on exposure to how a high-performing luxury agency operates. This role requires full commitment and a willingness to go beyond a standard office-based position. The schedule is dynamic and the standards are high.
