Ensure full compliance with ISO requirements. Compliance & Documentation Maintain up-to-date quality standards, manuals, procedures, and records. Follow up on NCR, CAR, and Master Sample controls. External & Customer Liaison Liaise with external parties regarding ISO requirements. Communicate with customers on quality-related matters. Management & Continuous Improvement Lead management review meetings. Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives. Monitor and ensure proper training and development of QA personnel. Requirements Education Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
