Faircape Health Tokai Estate is a Sub-Acute Care and Rehabilitation Centre dedicated to providing restorative care and rehabilitation for patients recovering from a range of medical conditions, including Neurological, Orthopedic, Surgical, and Respite care. While Tokai Healthcare primarily focuses on acute conditions impacting rehabilitation progress, we also cater to long-term patients and provide medication to village residents..
We are looking for a meticulous Financial Administrator to support our Pharmacy’s operations, ensuring efficient billing, stock management, and financial processes.
As part of our highly successful rehabilitation team, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals who share a deep commitment to patient well-being. With a strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork, we work together to ensure optimal recovery, providing exceptional care in a compassionate and structured setting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Experience and Knowledge:

• Proven experience as a Financial Administrator, Billing Clerk, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of billing, stock management, and financial reconciliations.
• Experience working in a Pharmacy or Hospital environment advantageous

Working Hours - Normal working hours are from Monday to Fridays from 08h30 until 17h00.
Faircape offers a market-related salary. The amount offered will be dependent on qualifications, experience, and other market-related factors.

• Manage and process billing for Blisterpacks, ward stock, and other medical supplies.
• Ensure accuracy in invoices and financial documentation.
• Conduct regular stock takes and update financial records accordingly.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Assist in financial procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
• Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and policies.Reconcile statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Support the Finance department in day-to-day operations.
