Within this function there will be communication with Operational Risk Management, IT, Internal Audit and owners of (SOX) controls. The role includes the following: Maintaining and developing the SOX / Internal control framework for Group / Local purposes (i.e. JGAAP/USGAAP scope) including related testing and reporting; Developing and progressing the maturity of the finance control framework and coordination with responsible business owners the periodic Risk and control self -assessments and business process update; Coordination with the internal and external auditor in capacity of the Mid- and Year-End audits, Sox Audits and related activities, Involvement in the set-up of enhanced controls for Finance in strategic projects (such as system implementations, internal restructuring, process harmonization between branches etc.).
