We currently have immediate openings for experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians. Compensation $24-$35/hr DOE + commission tied to sales performance Get paid weekly! Every Friday is payday! Set weekly work schedule, always have 2 consecutive days off. 75% paid medical premiums including dental, vision and life insurance for you AND 50% for your family. Job Duties: Service & Technical: Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems Perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, tune-ups, and system performance checks Accurately document findings, parts used, and work performed in service software Follow company, manufacturer, and safety standards on every job Assist with warranty work and system start-ups when required Sales & Customer Solutions: Build trust with homeowners by clearly explaining findings in simple, professional terms Present repair vs. replace options and educate customers on the benefits of each Recommend system upgrades, IAQ products (filters, UV, humidifiers, etc.), accessories, and maintenance plans Consistently achieve sales goals while maintaining ethical, customer-first practices Provide written estimates, secure approvals, and collect payments when required Customer Experience: Arrive on time, prepared, and professionally presented Maintain clean work areas and respect customers’ homes Communicate timelines, next steps, and expectations clearly Deliver a 5-star service experience on every call Requirements Proven success meeting or exceeding service and/or sales goals 2+ years’ experience as a residential HVAC service technician (or equivalent field experience) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across common residential systems EPA 608 certification preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to use mobile service software, tablets, and digital tools South West Plumbing is an equal opportunity employer.
