As the Duty Manager, the purpose of your role will be to lead, manage and be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the facilities in and around the leisure centre site, working within a demanding commercial environment, ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard with safety the first priority. You will support, manage, and develop our team of lifeguards and supervisors across the site and build and maintain positive relationships with onsite partners, guests, and neighbours in making sure that our customers receive a positive memorable experience.
