Description

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is currently seeking a Director of Maintenance Operations for our Western Region. This role oversees facilities in the ( El Paso, Amarillo, San Antonio, Lubbock, Odessa, etc.) Reliability, trustworthiness and consistency with regard to attendance is extremely important to this job. The ability to regularly and timely attend work, cooperative and politely work and deal with others, and to effectively multi-task and work in a stressful environment are also essential functions to this job.

Requirements:

  • Traveling required
  • Bachelor’s Degree is a must!
  • Experience with heating and air conditioning, boiler and water systems, washers, dryers, emergency power generators and other basic physical plant and equipment items.
  • Understanding of principles of preventative maintenance.
  • Ability to review Life Safety documents and ensure facility compliance.
  • Ability to complete weekly inspection report on facilities visited.
  • Recruit and train qualified facility maintenance staff.
  • Experience managing multiple employees.
  • Must be extremely organized and pay close attention to detail.
  • Must possess strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to provide advanced technical support to facility maintenance staff.
  • Proficiency in Maintenance repair skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff.
  • Ability to work within a program budget.
  • Ability to comply with the Patient Bill of Rights and the Employee Responsibilities.
  • Ability to comply with Company and department safety policies and procedures.
  • Supervise outside contractors as necessary.
  • Establish and implement preventative maintenance program.
  • Must quality for company insurance, pass DMV check, practice safe defensive driving skills.
