Description

This role is responsible for providing Level 1 technical support across the business, ensuring employees have reliable access to the systems, applications and technology they need to perform their roles effectively. You'll support a range of hardware, software and network-related issues, assist with the deployment and maintenance of IT equipment, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of our technology environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 support for hardware, software and network-related incidents and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, email, internet access and business applications.
  • Set up, configure, asset tag and deploy desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve printer, hardware and connectivity issues.
  • Escalate complex technical issues when required.
  • Maintain IT asset registers and hardware and software inventory records.
  • Coordinate warranty repairs and support with third-party vendors.
  • Assist with the installation and maintenance of networking equipment and infrastructure.
  • Create and maintain IT support documentation, FAQs and knowledge base articles.
  • Provide clear and professional technical guidance to end users.
