Previous experience as a Restaurant and/or Bar Manager (minimum 1 year) in a high-end restaurant or similar premium setting. Hatted restaurant experience is highly desired. Strong communication and leadership skills in a diverse and multicultural environment. Solid understanding of labor management. Capacity to build and grow an engaged team. Certificate in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience; Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences; Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food and beverage menu development; A good understanding of European food and beverage is a plus Demonstrate a human-centered mindset; WSET Level 2 certification, that validates a strong wine and spirits knowledge is highly regarded.
