Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Permanent Rate of Pay: $65,000 - $70,000 per year, dependent on experience Job Duties Include: Specifically handle the wedding market (contracts, responding to inquiries etc.) Manage internal and external social events and corporate catering market Respond quickly to guest requests in a professional manner. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction within 24 hours. Clearly communicate details of events to client and hotel departments via contracts, banquet event orders (BEO), résumés and internal meetings Conduct site inspections with prospective couples and clients, showcasing the hotel Ability to close the best opportunities for the location based on market conditions and location needs Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination with Banquets, Culinary, Rooms, Sales, and external partners to ensure seamless event execution Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings Manages wedding room blocks and meeting space for assigned weddings Anticipates, addresses, and resolves guest concerns with professionalism and impeccable service.
