• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Have a great driving record (no speeding tickets or moving violations in the last three [3] years)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience driving large vehicles
• Weekend availability
• Early Afternoon/Evening availability
• Holiday availability
• Must be able to lift 25-pounds & climb up/down into a Kona truck (2 ft step)
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must enjoy working with children

We currently have part-time positions available. Kona Ice is more than just a paycheck. Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a good driving record. We want all of our Kona Krew members to take pride in the impact Kona Ice has had in the communities as we continue to serve and “Give Back” to our communities. We provide training, support, encouragement, and the opportunity to have a flexible schedule. This is a seasonal position with hours available between April and October.
Our staff also includes non-traditional team members including students, off season teachers and those just looking for a fun and rewarding job. We’ll find a way to work with your schedule! This is a fast-paced and fun job in a growing company where each day will never be like the last. You will navigate the most awesome fun machine to different venues, serve our guests and clients, and live at the center of attention.

KONA ICE DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment and work well with other team members
• Drive safely to scheduled events and greet customers courteously
• Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy
• Comply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines
• Perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse
• Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking
• Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation
• Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff
• Works independently and works well with minimal supervision
• Team-oriented, adaptable, punctual, honest, trustworthy & dependable
