HOST

We are looking for hosts/hostesses to join our staff. A host or hostess makes sure our guests feel welcomed, cared for, and valued. They create a warm and welcoming environment for patrons from the moment they enter the establishment. A host’s duties primarily focus on ensuring the guests have a positive experience throughout their entire visit.

  Your ultimate goal will be to provide the highest quality hospitality that will attract and maintain repeat customers

• Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; and answer customer questions.
• Inform guests of current promotion and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff.
• Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service.
• Tend to guests’ needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service.
• Help fellow team members by setting and clearing tables; replenishing water; serving beverages, cleaning, and stocking.
• Contribute to team efforts to maintain positive working relationships.
• Assist with to-go orders and 3rd party delivery orders.
