Principales Responsabilidades: 1. Tener disponibles y actualizados todos los perfiles de cargo de la Empresa. 2. Liderar los procesos de reclutamiento y selección de personal, a través de la búsqueda de candidatos, que logren cumplir con las funciones del cargo vacante y las competencias requeridas para el mismo. Participar y asistir a las reuniones que requieran la gerencia o junta directiva. 10. Realizar, coordinar y programar las capacitaciones que se requiera para el personal 11. Construir el plan de formación aplicada a las necesidades de la BU y garantizar la ejecución. 12. Realizar procesos de descargos que sean necesarios a nivel Nacional. 13. Garantizar a nómina los datos del colaborador que ingresó a la compañía para la creación en la base de datos. 14. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los indicadores del área de talento humano 15. Revisar y aprobar la nómina del personal 16. Realizar el análisis de las cifras mes a mes y enviarlo al área administrativa 17. Participar en la ejecución del presupuesto 18.
