We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team in British Columbia. This role is essential in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting our mission of delivering superior construction services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR functions that align with our commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, ADP).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with talent acquisition and employee engagement strategies.
  • Project management skills are a plus
