In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, aligning HR initiatives with our incubation goals and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the Incubation Team leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive performance. Partner with management to identify talent needs, implement workforce planning strategies, and enhance employee engagement and retention efforts. Drive the recruitment process for the incubation projects, ensuring timely attraction and selection of top-tier talent. Support employee development through coaching, mentorship, and training initiatives tailored to meet project-specific needs. Manage employee relations and address any workplace issues with sensitivity and discretion. Analyze workforce metrics and employee feedback to identify trends and inform HR strategies, ensuring the right resources are allocated effectively. Facilitate organizational change initiatives related to the incubation projects, promoting a positive culture and minimizing resistance.
