Performance Management Work with the HR Director to coordinate the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations. Training and Development Work with the HR Director to identify and coordinate training needs based on department and employee requirements to ensure continuous skill development. Ensure that training and development programs are consistent with Quapaw Nation culture and values. HR Administration and Compliance Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements. Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws, Quapaw Nation policies, and best practices. Employee Engagement and Retention Monitor employee satisfaction through surveys and feedback and work on strategies to improve engagement. Support retention efforts by addressing employee concerns and recognizing employee achievements. HR Metrics and Reporting Track HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, performance) and prepare reports for senior leadership to identify trends and areas for improvement.
