Maintain candidate databases, prepare recruitment reports, and analyse hiring metrics to support management decision-making. Support employee welfare and engagement initiatives, such as organizing staff welfare activities or company events. Assist to draft, edit, and distribute clear internal HR communications and announcements to ensure employees are well-informed and connected. Handle foreign work pass applications for new candidates. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation. Any ad-hoc duties or projects to support the broader HR team as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition. Ability to handle multiple hiring positions with a results-oriented mindset focused on meeting deadlines. Capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Confident in engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels, including management, vendors, and clients. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
