Vos missions Dans le cadre de la gestion des collaborateurs du réseau d’Aubade (boutiques et Grands Magasins), nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) pour travailler en binôme avec la Coordinatrice RH, pour une durée de 2 ans: Les missions concernent l’ensemble des boutiques Aubade (France et international) : Gestion des demandes de contrat au service RH en fonction des demandes des RR et RB (vérifier le motif de la demande, dates, planning, documents embauche, si la demande est bien validée etc…) La gestion et le suivi de l’administration du personnel (gérer l’entrée, la vie et la sortie du salarié, DPAE, rédaction des contrats/avenant). Gestion des demandes de dérogation jours fériés et dimanches pour Monaco (demandes faites à l’inspection du travail monégasque) Suivi des entrées/sorties des collaboratrices RETAIL : motif, qui remplace qui, dates.. Gestion du temps de travail sur OCTIME du réseau RETAIL : vérifier saisie, gestion jours fériés, CP, récup, delta quota etc… (vérifier que les plannings soient conformes et que les delta quota ne soient pas trop élevés) Formation OCTIME : former et accompagner les RB sur la gestion du logiciel OCTIME (formation siège et suivi quotidiennement par téléphone) Collaboration avec le service paie : vérifier et communiquer les éléments variables (primes, avenants etc) Organisation des séminaires et formations Gestion des demandes diverses des responsables de boutique et des conseillères de vente Gestion des codes alarmes pour les collaboratrices Retail + vérification des ouvertures et fermetures des boutiques grâce aux relevés d’alarme Gestion des demandes de création/suppression de codes vendeurs Gestion des demandes de compte Cleemy pour les RB (demande avance sur frais) Suivi des périodes d’essai et des renouvellements de PE des responsables de boutique Suivi administratif (documents à nous renvoyer, fiche volontariat dimanche etc..)
