Description du poste Nous recrutons un Stagiaire Chargé des Ressources Humaines pour gérer un périmètre de près de 600 collaborateurs. Sous la supervision de la Senior HRBP et en rattachement à la Directrice des Ressources Humaines Groupe, vous agirez comme partenaire opérationnel et stratégique auprès des DG et des managers, autour de trois missions centrales : le recrutement, l’administration RH et le développement RH. Vous travaillerez en lien étroit avec les centres d’expertises (learning & development, administration RH et paie, affaires juridiques et sociales). Vous interviendrez plus précisément sur les missions suivantes : Recrutement Participer au processus complet de recrutement pour différents métiers : rédaction et diffusion des annonces, sourcing, organisation des entretiens et suivi administratif. Assurer l’onboarding administratif des nouveaux collaborateurs : préparation des dossiers, intégration RH, suivi des entrées. Contribuer à la promotion de la marque employeur et à l’engagement des candidats. Collaborer avec l’équipe Talent Acquisition et les managers pour détecter et attirer les meilleurs talents. Administration RH Préparer et assurer le suivi de tableaux de bord sociaux et reporting RH de tous types (absentéisme, masse salariale, turnover, suivi de l’index égalité, etc.). Veiller à la qualité et la fiabilité des données sociales en respectant les process internes et réglementaires. Préparer et organiser les réunions des Instances Représentatives du Personnel (CSE) : élaboration des ordres du jour, rassemblement des documents et présentations nécessaires, rédaction des supports administratifs. Accompagner les collaborateurs et managers sur leurs questions administratives : contrat de travail, dossiers individuels, attestations, gestion des absences/congés, mutuelle et prévoyance, suivi des entrées et sorties. Développement RH Participer activement à l’organisation et au suivi des évaluations annuelles et des People Reviews, en coordonnant le déroulement et le suivi des entretiens de fin de mission, entretiens professionnels et de départ. Contribuer à la mise en place du plan de formation avec les différents intervenants RH et le business. Appuyer le développement des parcours de carrière des collaborateurs, identifier les besoins et chantiers RH (mobilité interne, gestion des compétences, projets transverses liés au développement des talents). Être force de proposition et participer à divers chantiers RH favorisant l’amélioration continue des pratiques et des outils RH du périmètre. Qualifications Vous préparez une formation Bac+4/5 (Université, École de Commerce, IAE…) avec une spécialisation dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines.
