Vous accompagnez des consultants sur les thématiques suivantes : Performance RH : accompagner les décideurs RH dans la définition d’un modèle opérationnel (organisation, processus, activités, gouvernance, pilotage, coût) intégrant les meilleures pratiques de marché et la prise en compte du potentiel de l’IA. Jobs & Skills : soutenir toutes les démarches emplois, compétences, effectifs (GEPP, SWP, job grading) et sécuriser leur mise en œuvre concrète, en s’adaptant au cadre réglementaire (notamment la directive européenne sur la transparence des rémunérations) et au niveau d’ambition des entreprises (allant jusqu’à la Skills Based Organization). Digital RH : élaborer des schémas directeurs SIRH et soutenir leur mise en œuvre (accompagnement au choix de solutions innovantes intégrant l’IA, sécurisation du pilotage des programmes de transformation digitale de la fonction RH).
