PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO: Contribuir al crecimiento comercial de la compañía mediante la gestión, desarrollo y fidelización de clientes del canal distribuidor y ferretero. Será responsable de brindar asesoría técnica y comercial, fortalecer el posicionamiento de la marca, generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas en su territorio asignado. FUNCIONES: Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de distribuidores y ferreterías asignadas. Prospectar nuevos clientes y abrir oportunidades de negocio en el territorio. Realizar visitas periódicas a distribuidores, ferreterías y clientes finales para fortalecer relaciones comerciales. Promover el portafolio de productos y posicionar la marca en el mercado. Brindar asesoría técnica y comercial sobre las características y beneficios de los productos. Cumplir con los objetivos y presupuestos de ventas establecidos. Monitorear el mercado, la competencia y las tendencias del sector para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento. Coordinar con las áreas de logística, marketing y producción para asegurar una adecuada atención al cliente. Gestionar reclamos, seguimiento de pedidos y cumplimiento de entregas. Elaborar reportes de gestión comercial, visitas, gastos y resultados. Ejecutar actividades promocionales y apoyar la implementación de campañas comerciales en puntos de venta. Mantener actualizada la información de precios, inventarios y condiciones comerciales para la red de distribución. REQUISITOS: Estudios superiores culminados o en curso en carreras comerciales, administrativas o afines. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en ventas consultivas dentro de canales de distribución, ferreterías o sector construcción. Experiencia en manejo y desarrollo de distribuidores y ferreterías. Conocimiento de técnicas de negociación y ventas B2B. Manejo de Excel intermedio-avanzado. Conocimiento y manejo de algún ERP. Disponibilidad para realizar trabajo 100% en campo y viajar constantemente dentro de la zona asignada. Guayaquil (cobertura Guayaquil, Manabí, Santa Elena y Machala). Contar con vehículo propio, a su nombre (excluyente) Deseable experiencia en comercialización de materiales para construcción, productos industriales o afines.
