Description du poste Dans le cadre d’un CDD de 9 mois, nous recherchons un(e) Chef de projet formation digitale et Data pour concevoir, améliorer et optimiser les rapports liés à la formation au sein de notre organisation et moderniser notre offre. Vous serez en charge de produire des rapports réguliers (mensuels, trimestriels, annuels) permettant de suivre le plan de formation, le budget et d’évaluer les résultats pour le Groupe Allianz. En collaboration avec les équipes internes, vous coordonnerez l’administration des outils de formation (SAP-LMS et outils associés), la mise en application des processus globaux et la gestion des droits d’accès. Vous piloterez également des projets de formation digitaux, incluant la recherche de prestataires, l’animation de groupes de travail, le suivi de la mise en œuvre et le contrôle budgétaire, en garantissant la conformité, la sécurité informatique, l’assurance qualité et la satisfaction client interne. Vous participerez aux différents projets de l’équipe pour accompagner l’ensemble des collaborateurs vers une organisation apprenante et basée sur les compétences. Vos missions Établir l'ensemble des reportings mensuels de la formation (au niveau groupe, au niveau des managers pour le reporting des heures d’apprentissage ainsi que tous les KPIs relatifs au suivi du Plan de formation). Gestion, pilotage et administration des outils Learning & Development (Success Factors, LMS…) Concevoir, améliorer et optimiser les rapports liés à la formation (plan, budget, bilan, etc.) Établir le processus et assurer le suivi budgétaire Learning & Development, y compris les provisions en relation avec le service comptabilité Gestion des contrats SaaS Gérer des projets de formation digitale : recherche de prestataires, suivi des appels d’offres pour la création des contenus, animation de groupes, pilotage et suivi budgétaire Assurer le respect des normes de conformité, sécurité informatique, assurance qualité et satisfaction client Profil / Compétences Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les outils Microsoft Office, avec une expertise particulière sur Excel. Vous possédez de solides compétences en analyse de données ce qui vous permet de manipuler et d’interpréter efficacement les informations. La maîtrise de Power BI est indispensable pour ce poste, et une connaissance du langage Python serait un atout supplémentaire. Vous avez une expérience confirmée en gestion et pilotage de projets, vous permettant d’organiser, coordonner et suivre différentes initiatives avec rigueur. Votre expérience dans l’environnement RH et le développement des compétences vous aidera à comprendre les enjeux spécifiques liés à ce domaine.
