Notre équipe Conseil Social RH intervient avec l’ensemble des sujets liés à la fonction RH en entreprise : paie, droit social, droit du travail, stratégie et organisation RH, etc. Pour renforcer nos équipes, nous sommes à la recherche d’un profil expérimenté. En tant que consultant senior, vos principales missions seront : Conseil RH et Paie Assistance et accompagnement en droit du travail et de la protection sociale des clients dans leurs projets RH / Paie : prise de poste d’un DRH, mise en place d’une nouvelle organisation interne, restructuration, négociation d’accords, mise en place des institutions représentatives du personnel, développement de politiques RH, etc. ; Due diligence et assistance aux transactions : revue des principaux risques en matière de droit du travail et de la protection sociale / RH / Paie et chiffrage des risques. Conception et mise en œuvre de procédures RH / Paie : prise de connaissance de l’environnement client, proposition de recommandations, rédaction de procédures ; Audit légal Revue de procédures et documentation RH / Paie (accords d’entreprise, procédures écrites, contrats de travail, paramétrage de la paie, etc.) : évaluation chiffrée des risques de redressement, de pénalités, d’erreur et de fraude et émission de recommandations de mise en conformité associées.
