  • Managing and advising on employee relations and complex people matters
  • Coaching and supporting leaders and managers
  • Supporting employee engagement, wellbeing and the overall employee experience
  • Facilitating career, growth and development conversations
  • Supporting culture, values and recognition initiatives
  • Contributing to learning and people development initiatives
  • Embedding People & Experience frameworks, policies and initiatives
  • Using employee feedback and people data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting key initiatives across the employee lifecycle

About you

You’re an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and making a genuine difference.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or similar HR role
  • Strong employee relations and generalist HR experience
  • Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and sound HR judgement
  • The ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Confidence supporting leaders through complex and sensitive people matters
  • A genuine interest in employee experience, engagement and culture
  • A hands-on, practical and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong ownership, accountability and follow-through
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Why join Versatile?

You’ll work closely with leaders, influence the employee experience, contribute to people initiatives and help shape the future of our growing People & Experience function.

If you’re looking for a role where you can move beyond process and make a genuine impact on people and the business, we’d love to hear from you.
