  • Partner with managers to ensure a positive employee experience from day one.

Employee Relations

  • Provide advice and support on disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and conduct matters.
  • Ensure consistency, fairness and compliance in the application of company policies and procedures.
  • Escalate complex or high-risk matters to the Head of HR where appropriate.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Support managers in driving performance and accountability across their teams.
  • Assist with performance reviews, development discussions and talent planning activities.
  • Identify capability gaps and succession planning opportunities.
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure regional learning and development needs are identified and addressed.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage employee movements, changes and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct exit meetings and analyse trends to support employee retention initiatives.
  • Support managers through organisational change and restructuring activities.
  • Ensure employee records within HR systems are accurate and up to date.

HR Systems, Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee data and documentation within BambooHR and associated systems.
  • Produce and analyse regional HR metrics and management information.
