Responsabilités : Responsable de diriger la préparation, la rédaction et la présentation de plans média intégrés, de propositions et d'analyses qui répondent aux objectifs du client et qui vont au-delà du cahier des charges. Maintenir l'intendance et la responsabilité du plan média, en évaluant et en surveillant régulièrement l'exécution. Assurer la liaison et favoriser le partage des connaissances avec d'autres disciplines à l'interne, les organismes partenaires et d'autres départements pour s'assurer que les connaissances des média et des clients sont à jour. S’assurer que tous les plans média adhèrent aux valeurs, aux philosophies et aux processus de l'agence. Diriger la préparation et la présentation d'évaluations des opportunités médiatiques, des tendances médiatiques et des questions d'intérêt pour les clients. Connaître les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et des objectifs du client, en veillant à ce qu'un suivi soit en place pour les vérifications au besoin. Gérer et animer une équipe d'employés. Communiquer efficacement les objectifs de l'agence, gérer les charges de travail, fournir une rétroaction continue sur le rendement et soutenir le développement professionnel. Interviewer et participer à la décision d'embauche des employés si nécessaire. Key Responsibilities: · Accountable for leading the preparation, writing and presentation of integrated media plans, proposals and analysis that satisfy client objectives and that go beyond the brief. · Maintain stewardship and accountability of the media plan, regularly evaluating and monitoring execution. · Liaise and foster knowledge-sharing with other disciplines internally, partner agencies and other departments to ensure that media and client knowledge is current. · Ensure that all media plans adhere to the agency's values, philosophies and processes. · Lead the preparation and presentation of evaluations of media opportunities, media trends and issues of interest to clients. · Awareness of client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives, ensuring that tracking is in place for check-ins as required. · Manage and lead a team of employees. Effectively communicate agency goals, manage workloads, provide ongoing performance feedback and support professional development. Interview and participate in hiring decision of employees if/when required. · Accurately and effectively manage client’s day-to-day planning requirements, with a strong understanding of client’s business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). · Inform leadership of potential challenges and opportunities as it relates to client and/or people management. · Influence decision making by encouraging appropriate strategies and benefits of offerings to clients. · Participate in additional agency/team projects and new business presentations as required. · Oversee financial media control, including purchase authorizations, billing and budget control reports and ensure that discrepancies are resolved in a timely fashion.
