As a member of the Wills and Trusts Resource Group (WTRG), the Senior Consultant will be part of the centre of technical and legal expertise on fiduciary matters for Canadian Wealth Management businesses. The role will primarily involve legal support, analysis and recommendations to RBC Canadian Wealth Management businesses on estate, trust and power of attorney account administration and maintenance issues. The position will support revenue generation through retention of funds by improving the client experience on estate settlements and the opening of new trust accounts, and will help minimize risk and promote consistency in business practices across RBC Canadian Wealth Management.
