Minneapolis, Minnesota Position: Human Resources Intern Department: Human Resources Primary Objective of Position: The HR Intern provides day-to-day support to the HR Team, Union and Non-union employees, and management in various HR functions; including recruitment, employee relations, records management, and administrative tasks. The role offers hands-on experience in HR processes while assisting the team in maintaining efficient and organized HR operations. Major Areas of Accountability: · Assist and support Human Resources initiatives. · Support HR Team in meeting hiring targets. · Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. · Provide assistance in conducting employment verification checks. · Coordinate and participate in new-hire orientation. · Gather data and create HR documents | Recruitment reports. · Assist and organize training and employee engagement activities. · Create, maintain, and organize employee records. · Create and post HR Communications; Shop and Office environments. · Maintain confidentiality of applicant and company information. · Perform other activities as required by the Human Resources Manager.
