Funciones Principales: Da mantenimiento en SAP y MB31 recopilando y capturando la información de registros diarios de producción, transacciones abiertas y cierres técnicos para mantener actualizada la información generada durante el proceso diario en cada turno. Actualiza y revisar la base de datos en Excel donde se captura diariamente la información sobre lotes de producto terminado en piso para el cálculo del OEE (Eficiencia Global de los Equipos) dato comparado con otras plantas manufactureras y reporte mensual de Mejora Continua. Alimenta el servidor con el programa de producción para poder generar el tiraje de etiquetas de las cajas los primeros días de cada mes con la finalidad de identificar el producto en piso y así saber si es producto para formado o producto terminado. Realiza las requisiciones de compra de su área en cuanto a papelería, lentes graduados, insumos de mejora o señalizaciones, consultando los precios directamente con el proveedor y generando la SOLPED en SAP para que el área cuente con todo lo necesario para realizar el trabajo diario. Actualiza el sistema Human cada semana para generar los reportes de tiempo extra e incidencias que afectan directamente la nómina de personal sindicalizado entregando a Recursos Humanos dicha documentación antes del cierre de la misma. Elabora los gráficos y formatos del área, colocándolos en el display de información para así poder interpretar y resumir los resultados de producción para mantener al personal informado sobre su eficiencia. Da seguimiento a la revisión y entrega documental de los archivos de producto terminado que se genera en el área por parte del personal de piso para realizar un reporte de hallazgos documentales para su integración en el Bacht récord del producto.
