Il réalise également les opérations d’assemblage et de conditionnement des trousses dans un environnement en salle propre. Responsabilités de l’emploi Opérer les équipements de production complexes et s’assurer de leur approvisionnement en matières premières. (Référence interne, voir politique afférente); Être une référence pour les départements de services au niveau des connaissances acquises et de son expertise; Être formateur qualifié expérimenté et accompagner les nouveaux associés dans leur apprentissage; S’assurer de la conformité des produits en effectuant les contrôles de la qualité et de réconciliation des produits dans le respect des procédures établies; Organiser le travail afin d’atteindre les objectifs de performance de la ligne de production; Résoudre des problèmes machines complexes et les escalader au superviseur immédiat lorsque requis; Assure le respect et le maintien des exigences reliées au système qualité ainsi que les règles de santé et sécurité au travail. Éducation et expérience Diplôme d’études secondaires est un atout; Expérience dans un environnement normé; Expérience dans une entreprise manufacturière avec des équipements de production automatisés. Connaissances et compétences Savoir faire Connaissance des normes BPF (Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication), ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 et du QSR (Quality System Regulation); Connaissances de base en informatique MS Office, Outlook, SAP de base; Habileté à résoudre des problèmes mécaniques complexes; Suivre des méthodes de travail détaillées; Soutenir une cadence rapide et effectuer des tâches demandant de la précision; Maîtriser le français parlé et écrit.
