The Opportunity
As part of the Managed Data, Analytics & Insights team you are expected to design and implement innovative solutions to build and manage the advanced Data ecosystem. As a Senior Associate you are responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining top standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations and growing your personal brand and technical proficiency.

What You Must Have

• Leading data architecture and design implementations
• Building advanced Data warehousing solutions
• Delivering Managed Data and Analytics programs
• Designing scalable data structures and pipelines
• Building streamlined ETL/ELT processes
• Maintaining Data Governance solutions
• Experience with Data analytics tools

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
