(Référence interne, voir politique afférente); Être une référence pour les départements de services au niveau des connaissances acquises et de son expertise; Être formateur qualifié expérimenté et accompagner les nouveaux associés dans leur apprentissage; S’assurer de la conformité des produits en effectuant les contrôles de la qualité et de réconciliation des produits dans le respect des procédures établies; Organiser le travail afin d’atteindre les objectifs de performance de la ligne de production; Résoudre des problèmes machines complexes et les escalader au superviseur immédiat lorsque requis; Assure le respect et le maintien des exigences reliées au système qualité ainsi que les règles de santé et sécurité au travail.
