The Role We are looking for the Procurement Senior Manager responsible for all procurement and supplier-related initiatives within our Wind Onshore, BESS & Solar projects in the Australian market. There may also be requirements to support other markets depending on future business needs. The workload and travel activity will vary, and flexibility is expected from both sides. Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to: Develop procurement strategies for the given categories: Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies to support project goals and financing requirements. Manage procurement activities: Manage procurement activities for assigned project packages to ensure timelines are met. Develop global standards and establish framework agreements. Lead Contract Negotiations: Negotiate large CAPEX projects, strategic supply agreements, as well as contracts to support the long-term operation Wind Onshore, BESS & Solar projects. Liaise with contracting and legal experts and technical experts within the same function. Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction for the procurement of given category across all projects and regions. Risk Management: Contribute to risk management strategies to mitigate procurement-related risks and ensure compliance with industry standards. Performance Metrics: Monitor and report KPIs to measure the effectiveness of procurement activities and enable continuous improvement. You The ideal candidate has 10–12 years of relevant experience in EPC contracting and supply chain development within large-scale projects in Onshore Wind, BESS & Solar, renewable energy, oil & gas, or similar industries. You have a proven track record in procurement and project management, with well-developed negotiation skills and experience supporting large CAPEX projects. You are a motivated collaborator who thrives in an innovative environment, with effective communication and relationship management skills.
