Job Description What You Will Be Doing As Service Manager, you will lead a team of Case Officers focused on the quick and reliable retrieval of medical information for our customers and their clients. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: providing for a positive and engaging experience for your team through collaboration, learning and development opportunities, career progression, reward and recognition. monitor reporting, and manage day to day operational performance, ensuring compliance with systems and processes designed to meet and exceed customer expectations. managing and nurturing relationships with external stakeholders, particularly GP practices, Health practitioners and hospitals, ensuring strong partnerships and continuous improvement. meet with key customers to manage feedback, escalations, and service improvements. a strong commitment to continuous innovation in how we deliver our goals and partner with our customers. build sustainable relationships with key internal and external stakeholder’s including customer, advisor, and medical provider groups. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, particularly with healthcare providers. Demonstrated success in leading and managing people in a results-driven environment. Strong skills in systems and process improvement, negotiation and influencing. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. Strong commercial acumen. Solid IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems (advanced Excel skills an advantage).
