Position Title: Chief Operating Officer  COO Location: REMOTE    Position Overview ISPA Technology is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure operational excellence across all programs, and drive strategic growth within the defense contracting environment. The COO will work closely with executive leadership to manage performance, compliance, and operational efficiency while supporting employees deployed across multiple locations.
