The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in ServiceNow development. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to our ServiceNow instances, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and business processes. This position is based in our Hyderabad location, and we follow a hybrid work policy. What will you do in this role 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including work in modules such as HAM, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM Discovery, and Service Catalog. Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations, Service Graph connectors, automation workflows, and custom scoped applications. Experience in OTM, SAM with exposure to ServiceNow mobile applications and performance optimisation is highly desirable. Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proficient in JavaScript and familiarity with Python for automation tasks and good advance working knowledge in API integration, REST/SOAP web services, and data exchange mechanisms. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certified Application Developer. Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Fundamentals At least a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, CSM or Discovery. Preferred Skills: Deep understanding of ETL mapping, transformation maps, and Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules. Experience in Agile methodologies and leading development sprints.
