Department: Probe Equipment Project Title: Probe Auxiliary Equipment Reliability and Productivity Enhancement Project Description: Probe Auxiliary equipment plays a critical role in supporting wafer bake, inspection and packaging operations. To improve equipment reliability, productivity, and reduce human dependency, continuous enhancement initiatives are required. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to mechanical design, prototyping, and basic automation concepts applied in real manufacturing operations. In this project, the intern will support simple mechanical design activities such as fixtures, jigs, or minor equipment improvements for Probe Auxiliary tools.
